Favorite Films: Persona (1966)
You know what I thought when I saw your film that night? When I came home I saw myself in the mirror and thought: we’re alike. Don’t misunderstand me, you’re much prettier, but we are alike in a way. I think I could turn myself into you. If I made a real effort.
"Every day I wake up thinking today’s the day I’m gonna see you, and one of those days, it will be so."Ain’t Them Bodies Saints (2013)
ok fun story time:
last year i took regular physics because i was lazy (the only regulars course i took in all of high school) but then i realized i wanted to be an engineer so i needed more physics. so i took AP physics C this year which is geared specifically towards engineering concepts. and let me tell u it has been so fucking hard but i’ve worked and worked and today i took my first physics test where i didn’t feel like crying and i actually felt really great about it, anD i’ve been making an A in the class.
not only that, i’m excelling in calculus and i’ve been accepted to the university of texas at dallas, texas a&m, and colorado school of mines under my desired engineering majors.
tl;dr moral of the story is if u work really hard at something u feel passionate about u can do it xoxo i love u all
